• Mr. and Mrs. Pat Jones:  "Patz" denotes co-owners -- Oswego residents, Mr. and Mrs. Pat Jones.  They entertained diners for years at the Pleasant Beach Hotel in Sodus Bay and, in 2006, decided to do the same for people in their own hometown.  
   
  How do Pat and Pat Jones feel about Patz?
  
  "When it comes right down to it, a restaurant is a reflection of you.  It tells people a lot about your personal standards and the value you place on other people by the way you treat them and the quality you offer them.  We look in the mirror every morning and we want that reflection to be one we're proud of every day."
  
  
   

• Executive Chef Jeff Deloff:  Executive Chef Jeff Deloff is responsible for making your dining experience at Patz something to remember . . . and Jeff is dedicated to doing just that. 
  
  An Oswego native, Jeff learned his outstanding culinary skills at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and has honed them at Patz.  He's an innovator in tempting dishes for fine dining, but he always keeps foremost in his menu planning and food preparation that the customer is, truly, the final arbiter of great food that pleases the palate.
  
   

• Jeneen Reynolds, restaurant manager:  As a veteran restaurant manager with "front of the house" responsibilities ranging from scheduling entertainment to coordinating events to booking parties, Jeneen brings a passion for service to her job.  As Jeneen puts it:
