Deloff About The
Menu
I want to share
with you my idea of
fresh, exciting and
healthy food.
Some items on
this menu might be
brand new to you,
but I assure you,
when you try them
you will enjoy the
experience. They
reflect my focus on
bringing
to Oswego an
emphasis on
locally-grown and
sustainable
ingredients. With
the help of the
Ontario Orchards, I
will bring the
freshest produce to
your plate.
My menu features
light, flavorful
and simple
dishes, many of
which don't come
with standard
starches, but an
alternative to
traditional rice
and potatoes.
You'll also see
lots of field
greens,
lettuces and
citruses.
Seafood makes a
strong impact on
any menu, so I
will bring you
the freshest
fish I can find
. . . delivered
straight off the
boat.
I have taken
great care and
pride in
creating this
menu for you. I
hope you enjoy
